Description:
CACI is seeking a ISR Training Team Instructor SME for our RSAF program working at the Air Operations Center (AOC) in Ft Walton Beach, FL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Air Operations Center (AOC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Division Analysis, Correlation, and Fusion (ACF) SME/Instructor
Air Operations Center (AOC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Division Analysis, Correlation, and Fusion (ACF) Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Instructor. Candidate will be a member of a team of SMEs developing curriculum and conducting AOC: and intel:related training programs for an international customer. Team will be based at Ft Walton Beach, Florida for courseware development and will travel to the customer site for course instruction. Individual will use knowledge and expertise in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) to develop and maintain courseware, including lesson media, instructor guides, student guides, and other training material. In addition, candidate will participate in or lead the development and execution of realistic "hands:on" practical exercises and ISR computer applications training to enhance student learning. Support for customer continuation training and exercise support in the customer's AOC facility will also be required. Candidate must have strong analytic skills in addition to excellent oral and written communications skills. Individual must be willing to perform travel overseas for periods of approximately five to eight weeks at a time, multiple times each year.
Required Qualifications:
: Associate's Degree
: Minimum of three years' experience in tactical: or operational:level, intelligence:related assignments in a C:NAF or C:MAJCOM air operations center (AOC), multinational Combined AOC (to include NATO CAOCs), Air Force Forces (AFFOR) staff, command and control elements of the Theater Air Control System (TACS), joint/other Service command and control (C2) staff equivalent, or as an instructor in the USAF AOC Formal Training Unit
: ISR functional experience in Analysis, Correlation and Fusion (ACF)
: Detailed understanding of tactics, techniques, procedures, and processes for the AOC ISR Division, and subject matter expertise in ACF processes, procedures, and applications
: Previous experience as a lesson developer and platform instructor in a formal course of instruction
: Individual experience will be considered if requesting a waiver to education and/or experience requirements
Desired Qualifications:
: Bachelor's Degree
: Minimum of seven years' experience in tactical: or operational:level, intelligence:related assignments in a C:NAF or C:MAJCOM air operations center (AOC), multinational Combined AOC (to include NATO CAOCs), Air Force Forces (AFFOR) staff, command and control elements of the Theater Air Control System (TACS), joint/other Service C2 staff equivalent, or as an instructor in the USAF AOC Formal Training Unit
: Expert knowledge of USAF and/or other Service/joint/multinational doctrine
: Familiarity with the organization, processes, procedures, applications, and synergistic relationships with other AOC divisions, teams, and liaisons
: Previous training and certification as an academic instructor in a formal course of instruction
: Current passport
: SECRET clearance
Although all courses are taught at the UNCLASSIFIED level, instructor eligibility for a SECRET clearance is an important consideration in order to maintain currency in current US military C2 TTP.
