Description:
CACI is seeking a ISR Training Team Instructor SME for our RSAF program working at the Air Operations Center (AOC) in Ft Walton Beach, FL.
This is a contingent position based on funding from the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Air Operations Center (AOC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Division Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Instructor. Candidate will be a member of a team of SMEs developing and conducting AOC:related training programs for an international customer. Team will be based at Ft Walton Beach, Florida for courseware development and will travel to the customer site for course instruction. Individual will use knowledge and expertise in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) to develop and maintain courseware including instructor guides, media, student guides and other training material. In addition, candidate will participate or lead in the development and execution of realistic practical exercises and ISR computer applications training to enhance student learning. Support for customer continuation training and exercise support in the customer's AOC facility will also be required. Candidate must have strong analytic skills in addition to excellent oral and written communications. Individual must be willing to perform travel overseas for periods of approximately five to eight weeks at a time, multiple times each year.
Required Qualifications:
: Associate's Degree
: Minimum of Five to Eight years' experience in tactical or operational:level assignments including ISR functional experience in Targets and Assessment, ACF, and/or ISR Operations; as well as experience in a C:NAF or C:MAJCOM air operations center, multinational Combined AOC (to include NATO CAOCs), Air Force Forces (AFFOR) staff, command and control elements of the Theater Air Control System (TACS), joint/other Service equivalent, or as an instructor in the USAF AOC Formal Training Unit
: Detailed understanding of tactics, techniques, procedures, and processes for the AOC ISR Division, and subject matter expertise in one or more of the division's team processes, procedures, and applications
: Previous certification as a platform instructor in a formal course of instruction
: Individual experience will be considered if requesting a waiver to education and/or experience requirements
Desired Qualifications:
: Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of ten years experience in operational:level USAF command and control assignments or service/joint/multinational equivalents.
: Minimum of seven years' experience in tactical or operational:level assignments including ISR functional experience in Targets and Assessment, ACF, and/or ISR Operations; as well as experience in a C:NAF or C:MAJCOM air operations center, multinational Combined AOC (to include NATO CAOCs), Air Force Forces (AFFOR) staff, command and control elements of the Theater Air Control System (TACS), joint/other Service equivalent, or as an instructor in the USAF AOC Formal Training Unit
: Expert knowledge of USAF and/or other Service/joint/multinational doctrine
: Familiarity with the organization, processes, procedures, applications, and synergistic relationships with other AOC divisions, teams, and liaisons
: Experience as an operator/controller of a modeling and simulation application, such as AWSIM, PTT, or MTWS
: Current passport
