Description:
CACI is seeking a Training Team Webmaster SME for our RSAF program working at the Air Operations Center (AOC) in Ft Walton Beach, FL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Air Operations Center (AOC) Training Team Webmaster/Advanced Distance Learning (ADL)/Computer Based Training (CBT) Subject Matter Expert (SME). Candidate will be a member of a team of SMEs defining, developing and conducting AOC:related training programs for an international customer. Team will be based at Ft Walton Beach, Florida for courseware development and travel to the customer site for course instruction. Tasks include creating computer:based interactive training modules, developing system requirements, and establishing, maintaining, and improving a learning management system in support of distance learning and computer:based instruction programs for the AOC customer. Knowledge of SharePoint essential. Minimal travel is anticipated
Required Qualifications:
: Associates Degree in Web Design and/or Programming or Ten years of equivalent experience
: Five to Eight years' experience successfully managing, developing, delivering and improving high:quality instructor:led lessons and distance learning programs in an AOC or equivalent training environment
: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
: Web and programming skills to develop and maintain program websites
: Expertise in the use and administration of SharePoint and Learning Management Systems, the ISD process, SCORM standards and the distance learning process including analysis, evaluations and assessment
: Fluency in the use of distance learning applications for web or computer based training delivery, such as Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Flash, and Dreamweaver along with editing of video and the development of graphics and simulations
: Individual experience will be considered if requesting a waiver to education and/or experience requirements
