-Highest Sales Commission and best hours (locally) -All salespeople made $39,000 to $79,000 last year -Assist our wonderful customers in selecting from our superior sofas, loveseats, chairs and other decorative products offered by the number one name in furniture, La-Z-Boy with the support of our great design team. -We offer the kind of furniture products you can recommend with confidence. -Best hours (locally) : 10am-6pm Mon through Saturday and 1pm-5pm on Sunday. -First vacation in 6 months -ASID Industry Partner High school graduate required, however some higher education is preferred Ability to work various shifts as required including weekends, evenings and holidays as needed Prior retail sales experience preferred, however will train the right person Ability to work in a “pay for performance" culture Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic computer skills required
